m.v. of equity actually drops slightly from last month.

Bills to settle :

- consvervancy charge
Took a GIRO form from them. Need to submit back to them at AMK Town Council at Blk 342, AMK Ave. 1

Consvervancy charge for the month is billed at the 3rd week of the month. It can be paid at AXS stations.

- utilities bill
by SP services. The bill dated 20 oct 2007 was $70.36 ( deposit )
Called them at 1800-222-2333 to request for a GIRO form.

HDB resale - second appointment

The second appointment was held on 16 October 2007, 3.30pm.

Was handed the Resale document stated that i will be the sole owner with effect from 1/11/07. The title deed is held by HDB. Need to call them if i need the actual copy.

On the same day, the following transactions were also done
- purchased fire insurance, AIA at a cost of $6.30
- opened an account with SP services ( need to go pay from nov onwards )
- transferred residential telephone account
- keys were handed over.
