I submitted a GIRO form to IRAS for my property tax. According, I supposed to pay 4% of $4680 ( value of house ) = $194. There is a permanent rebate of $150 for 3-room flat. Furthermore, there is a rebate for the GST increase. So I might not have to pay any property tax for these coming 2 years.

Got to wait for official letter from IRAS to confirm this.
