Frasers Commmercial Trust Rights Issue

A fully underwritten renounceable rights issue of 2,251,989,879 rights units at an issue price of $0.095 for each rights unit ( the "rights issue price" ) on the basis of 3 rights for every one existing unit held by holders of units as at 29 july at 5.00 pm.
